When you book a tutor or subscribe to a class, you are entering into a direct arrangement with that tutor. GrowSmart facilitates the connection and handles the payment, but the educational services themselves are provided solely by the tutor."}],["$","p",null,{"children":"You are responsible for choosing a tutor that meets your needs. We encourage you to read tutor profiles, reviews, and qualifications carefully before making a decision. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any tutoring services provided through the platform."}],["$","h3",null,{"className":"text-gray-900","children":"Teachers"}],["$","p",null,{"children":"As a teacher, you can create profiles, list subjects and classes, manage bookings, communicate with students, broadcast messages to your student groups, receive payments, and track your earnings. To become a verified teacher on GrowSmart, you must complete the registration process, which includes providing your qualifications and uploading verification documents."}],["$","p",null,{"children":"By registering as a teacher, you represent that you have the qualifications, experience, and legal right to offer tutoring services in the subjects and categories you list. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information, the quality of your educational services, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations."}],["$","p",null,{"children":"Teachers are independent contractors, not employees of GrowSmart. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with labor laws. GrowSmart does not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required by law."}],["$","h2",null,{"className":"text-gray-900","children":"Bookings and Subscriptions"}],["$","p",null,{"children":"When a student sends a booking request to a teacher, the teacher has the option to accept or reject the request. If the teacher accepts, a connection is established, and the student gains access to chat and broadcast features for that subject. The teacher's decision to accept or reject a booking is entirely at their discretion, and GrowSmart does not intervene in or guarantee the outcome."}],["$","p",null,{"children":"After a booking is accepted, the student may choose to subscribe to the teacher's class by making a payment through Razorpay. Subscription plans vary in duration and features, and the details of each plan are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. GrowSmart does not store your card details, UPI PIN, or banking passwords. We do not verify the accuracy of tutor profiles, qualifications, or reviews, although we do require teachers to submit verification documents during registration."}],["$","p",null,{"children":"We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether student or teacher, on or off the platform. We do not mediate disputes between students and tutors, although we may assist in facilitating communication.
